​Returns & Refund Policy

1. Under no circumstances may special order items be returned.

2. Stock items may be returned but will incur a 30% restocking fee.
3. Cancellation of labour is subject to a 25% charge of overall contract.
4. Purchases of Sanitary Ware and Adhesive or Grout are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
5. Cancellation of an order will not be accepted after goods have been processed, arrived into stock or despatched.
6. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and have proof of purchase accompanied.
7. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered
